The Norm has once again transformed, this time to The Norm 54, featuring food reminiscent of the diner fare Studio 54 party-goers would eat once the club closed for the evening.
The delicious, decadent and over-the-top menu created by Andy Mejias features “Let’s Groove” appetizers, “Stayin’ Alive” salads, “Hot Stuff” main dishes, and “Get Up and Boogie” all-day breakfast items. “Last Dance,” heavenly desserts that provide a perfect end cap to the day feature cakes and pies from local Brooklyn dessert shops.
The custom cocktail list, curated by Loriana Sanabria, feature a rainbow of drinks — spectacularly and festively garnished — ranging from a teetotaler’s delight to a bartender’s devilry (you’ve been warned!).
