Our Chef de Cuisine's New Spring Dish

Chef Andy Mejias, our Chef de Cuisine, loves creating memorable food moments.

For our new Spring menu, he took inspiration from cooking with his mom and combined forces with John, a line cook he's been mentoring. Together, they created a new and delicious Beef Empanada recipe, featured on The Norm's Spring menu!

He also still loves to make the foods his mom taught him: tacos and tamales.
