Today marks the one-year anniversary of The Norm restaurant at the Brooklyn Museum and we are so excited to reflect and we look forward to all the delicious seasonal eats, drinks and events we get to share with you. To celebrate, The Norm team threw a small party — stop by today for cake if you're at the Brooklyn Museum!
Inspiration for Cool As The Night came from our imagining of the perfect July evening. A small-batch tequila blanco (traditionally an herbal, somewhat “hot” and “spicy” tequila) mixed with the cool, refreshing flavors of basil and cucumber, yield a surprisingly excellent pairing. Serve on the rocks and enjoy at 8pm, just as the sun is setting.
